Terms of Service

Service Terms & Conditions

Launch Timeline
Your store will be live within 15 days of receiving the advance payment and all required client assets.
Revisions
Up to 10 revisions per month are included in your plan at no additional cost.
Maintenance
Routine maintenance and bug fixes are covered under this plan. Any modifications beyond standard scope will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
Additions & Scope
New additions feasible within reasonable time limits will be accommodated. Where this is not possible, you will be notified promptly with an alternative plan.
Domain
Domain registration and annual renewal are paid directly by the client. We assist with setup and configuration.
Pricing Escalation
Service pricing increases by 10% annually, effective on each renewal date.
Advance Payment
The first month's fee (₹5,000) is payable in advance before development commences.
